This basic program is developed and designed for you to do on your own. There are several aspects of your life the program is designed to explore. And hopefully by the time you finish it, you will have a whole new appreciation for your life thus far and….you will have some exciting ideas about how you want to move forward in ways that are uniquely you.
The program covers:
- A glimpse of where you are right now
- Exploratory questions to clarify how you are looking at life at this age plus an invitation to ask a few friends about what strengths they see in you.
- Sweet Spots - the successes you have had and what skills, talent and abilities enabled you to accomplish them
- Enjoyable Things
- An examination of instances you have experienced that brought inner growth
- A way to bring it all together
- A format to help you move forward on your ideas

Act 2 Basic Program plus Coaching
This offer includes the Act 2 Basic Workbook plus 2 hours of coaching with Bev. The coaching can happen whenever you choose and can be divided into several :20 calls, one 2 hour call – or anything in between. It’s your choice about how to use the coaching. We can take a deeper dive into what you are uncovering about your life and experiences thus far. Or we can use the time to brainstorm about appealing ways to move forward and/or how you can move forward in the easiest most effective way.
The cost for the Act 2® Basic Program plus 2 hours of Coaching is $200. You can use PayPal to pay for the program and then email me at bev@act2.info to set up your coaching session(s) whenever you are ready.
